From December 6th to 8th, the heart of Val d’Orcia hosts the 31st Festa dell’Olio, celebrating high-quality extra virgin olive oil. For three days, the village comes alive with the aroma of freshly pressed oil, folkloric traditions, and a festive spirit. Visitors can enjoy stunning landscapes, explore local history and art, and taste the season’s fresh olive oil straight from the producers.
